This is Megumi Reinard from Martian Successor Nadesico.
This is something I've been working on for a while. It's just been sitting around lately, but I'm getting closer to finishing it. I tried lining a copy once, but it didn't work out right, so I need to make a few changes, erase a few lines, etc. Once that's done, I'll color it with colored pencils and upload it. This'll be moved to scraps once that's done.
